A review of Fairmont Hotel by Steve Matcham written on Sunday 11th of November 2018
I booked a 2 night stay which turned into a fab 5 night stay at this little gem.
I booked a 2 night stay with them with the thought of booking some place in a different town later on to see all the places Blackpool has to offer, but with the bus & tram links so close to the hotel & how Tyrone made me feel so relaxed I asked if I could book extra days to my stay through the booking site to which I was told I could but if I booked with them direct they could give me a better deal. I took up the chance to book with them which saved me about £5/7 per night. They even told me places to eat when I asked them & told me that if I wanted to order takeaway that's no problem just let them know if I need a knife fork etc.
I was sitting in the lounge when their cat Poppy came to me wanting a fuss which made it feel like I wasn't at a b & b & more like staying with friends / family
I will def be coming back next year & the Indian restaurant that they recommended called spice lounge was fab the host made me feel most welcome & recommended dishes to me when I asked & I loved the fact that he found time to talk to me even thought he was busy..
