"Awful sevice"

Item was still filthy with marks that weren’t on it before, refused to clean it again, said it’s a waste of her time, no refund, said it is what it is and it’s my fault it was so dirty. I wore it to a sit down meal! Usually take all my dry cleaning here because I have quite a bit. Will never use again! Took it somewhere else and the item was done in the day and is now spotless. Sarcastic rude woman.
